Party Terms & Conditions
Adult-to-Child Ratios:
To ensure safety and a smooth experience, the following adult supervision ratios apply:
Children aged 5 and under: 1 adult per child
Children aged 5–10: 1 adult per 3 children
Children aged 10+: 2 adults
Additional adults beyond these ratios will require general admission tickets.
Deposits and Payments:
A £60 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Any remaining balance for additional guests or upgrades can be settled on the day of your event
Decoration & Music Policy
We encourage you to decorate the classroom to make your celebration special! However, for the safety and well-being of our animals, glitter, confetti, and balloons are not allowed.
Music Guidelines:
Music is welcome but must be kept at a low volume.
Please note that we do not provide speakers or audio equipment.
